FOUNDING

In February 1990, the Global Mission Society (GMS, S. Korea) sent Rev. Chong Pae Kim and his family to Thailand to be missionaries. He received a vision from God to preach the gospel to the Thai people. In August 1992, he founded the first church named "Bangkok Santiphap Church." In July 1993, he pioneered the Santiphap Khok Charoen Church (Yasothon Province).

After that, he moved to Singapore in July 1994 with the vision to preach the gospel to the Thai people who were in Thailand and elsewhere. In September 1995, Rev. Chong Pae Kim pioneered and founded the Singapore Santiphap Church in partnership with Glory Presbyterian Church. In December 1995, Santiphap Don Mon Church (Buriram Province) was founded. He has continued with the works of Santhiphap until the present.

In line with a renewed vision through Santiphap Mission Initiatives, Reverend Kim and the churches, have set a goal to establish at least one church in each province in Thailand.

From 1992 until 2024, God has called on His workers at home and abroad to share this vision. Today, the vision moves forward. claiming assurance from Habakkuk 2:3 "For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it lingers, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay." Santiphap Church Association (SCA) now has 12 preaching stations and 24 churches in 27 provinces in Thailand, 1 church in Singapore, and 1 in South Korea.
